"If you’re seeking someone to solve your computer woes with intelligence and integrity, I highly recommend Zack Fennell. I was recently a victim of a hacker and had all my financial information compromised on my computer. I went to Best Buy where they would wipe my computer clean and charge $200 a year for continued protection. I called Zack to ask his opinion. Thankfully, instead of being locked into Best Buy‘s $200 a year deal, and having to restore all my stuff myself, Zack took time out of a very busy workday to spend several hours wiping my computer clean and restoring what was most important to me. Now, my computer not only runs faster, but is free and protected from creepy hackers and viruses for less than what the Geek Squad would have charged.
Thanks Zack!"
"The office where I worked lost a very important document on their computer. They had three different places (including Best Buy) try to find the document. All three said it couldn't be done that it was lost forever. I recommend they call Zack Of All Trades and they recovered the document in less than 10 minutes. I have had Zack Of All Trades work on my personal computer. They have always had it up and running in very little time. Very knowledgeable and explains things so you understand. I firmly believe if Zack Of All Trades can't fix it, it can't be fixed. I highly recommend them."
Zack Of All Trades LLC is solely owned and operated by, me, Zack Fennell. I formed this company in June of 2010. I have been servicing computers and IT systems on the Western Slope for over 18 years now. With the help of technology, I have been able to help clients and service their systems from anywhere in the world.
I started working on computers back when I was just a little over 10 years old. I was fascinated at how a machine could do so many wonderful things and be contained in a simple box with some screws. My curiosity got the best of me and I took every piece of my old computer apart, studied the parts carefully, put it back together, hit the power button and bingo! I knew immediately, even at a young age, this skill would come in handy. The next 20 years I worked on building my knowledge base of computers, hardware and software related, to the point where I am today.
My goal is not only to find a solution to your problems, but also give you the knowledge you need to not run into the same problem again. Communication is key! I will go through the troubleshooting process with you, using terms you can understand, so you and that computer or other device of yours can finally get along.
