A person of at least 18 years of age must be present when services are provided by Zack Of All Trades LLC. A Zack Of All Trades LLC technician must receive full access to the product(s) to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, and a safe working environment, working space and electrical power. Services may be denied and a $150.00USD cancellation charge will be assessed if a Zack Of All Trades LLC technician arrives at the scheduled service time and determines that no adult is present or that the Zack Of All Trades LLC technician does not reasonably have the appropriate access, cooperation, or safe working area. Zack Of All Trades LLC may refrain from providing any services on the basis that the minimum system requirements are not met or the technical needs (including wiring or overcoming physical or technical barriers) or other requirements are unusual or extensive as reasonably determined by Zack Of All Trades LLC.

Cash, Check, and PayPal® will be accepted, unless other arrangements have been made. Payment in one of the forms listed above is due before any services can be performed. If a Zack Of All Trades LLC technician cannot determine a cost for requested services, a minimum service fee of $150.00 is due before labor can begin.

The Customer is required to pay any dues, fees and interest for any Third-Party service in the event that The Customer’s payment check is returned for any reason due to insignificant funds. In the event that The Customer’s payment check written to Zack Of All Trades LLC, is processed and is returned to Zack Of All Trades LLC for any reasons due to insignificant funds, an additional $60.00USD fee will be charged to The Customer and the above signed agrees to pay all reasonable collection cost and attorney’s fees.

Title of the above merchandise passes to Zack Of All Trades LLC and remains vested to Zack Of All Trades LLC’s service department until all charges due are paid in full. In the event the above signed defaults on full payment, the above signed agrees to pay all reasonable collection cost and attorney’s fees. All property left for 30 days after the notification of completion becomes the sole property of Zack Of All Trades LLC and may consequently be sold or parted at Zack Of All Trades LLC’s discretion to cover the cost of repair and supplies.

Zack Of All Trades LLC will NOT back up any data on your product unless you specifically request Zack Of All Trades LLC to do so prior to the performance of any service for an additional fee. It is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your product, prior to requesting service from Zack Of All Trades LLC.

Zack Of All Trades LLC guarantees services provided to you at your home or business for 30 days; however, for repairs necessitated by a virus or spyware, the 30-day warranty is only valid if the antivirus and antispyware protection for your product is installed or updated during the repair or before you again connect to the Internet. If there is a problem with the service provided to you by Zack Of All Trades LLC and if you notify us within the 30-day time period, Zack Of All Trades LLC will work to remedy your original problem quickly and at no additional cost.
